- Internal and external benchmarking
- Industry research

B. Communicate effectively in both oral and written form in order to communicate points and support sound decision making.
C. Document operational and financial analyses and prepare significant assumptions and notes relating thereto.
D. Directs client teams (when required) in achieving case specific goals and objectives.
E. Track and monitor work plan progress and performance to support project implementation and client value.
F. Obtain internal and external training necessary to develop professional skills requisite for growth within the firm.
G. Maintain COMPANY standards of excellence and methodologies; participate in improving same.

II. Business Development

A. Work to convert stakeholder relationships formed during cases into future referral sources.
B. Support Partners and Managing Directors as required in proposal development.
C. Support Partners and Managing Directors in the preparation of speeches, written articles and conference presentations to build the COMPANY brand and enhance the COMPANY reputation.

III. Management

A. Participate in one or two focused initiatives as requested to strengthen the firm's core competencies and competitive position.
B. Train consultants in COMPANY methods as required to build firm-wide competency.
C. Develop thorough understanding of COMPANY methodologies. Recommend modifications of those methodologies as appropriate. Develop new methodologies as appropriate for new clients and consulting situations.

Qualifications

A. Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree desirable.
B. Minimum of 6 years in a combination of line management, operational consulting, or financial analysis.
C. Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make sound decisions under conditions of high uncertainty and stress.
D. Ability to think independently and work without direct supervision.
E. Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
F. Willing to travel extensively.
