JOB SUMMARY

Senior Financial Analyst for a facility management program that includes approximately 19,000,000 square feet. Underwrites income properties for various clients and/or owners during the sales process of their acquisition and/or assets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Responsible for the following facets of the financial program as it relates to the facility management program:

  • Complete month-end close process and accruals
  • Ensure alignment between budgets, baselines, and historical data
  • Site level and roll-up variance reporting
  • Monthly customer calls to report actual results
  • Management fee invoice preparation
  • Integral part of annual property budget development
  • Quarterly reforecast of site level performance
  • Audit of weekly funding file submitted to customer
  • Training new facility managers as it relates to financial responsibilities on the account
  • Ad-hoc analysis
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project. Coordinates the work to be completed and may be responsible for formal supervision of employees.
