JOB SUMMARY

Senior Financial Analyst for a facility management program that includes approximately 19,000,000 square feet. Underwrites income properties for various clients and/or owners during the sales process of their acquisition and/or assets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Responsible for the following facets of the financial program as it relates to the facility management program:

Complete month-end close process and accruals
Ensure alignment between budgets, baselines, and historical data
Site level and roll-up variance reporting
Monthly customer calls to report actual results
Management fee invoice preparation
Integral part of annual property budget development
Quarterly reforecast of site level performance
Audit of weekly funding file submitted to customer
Training new facility managers as it relates to financial responsibilities on the account
Ad-hoc analysis
