As a Project Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of underground/electric construction projects and make a direct impact on our bottom line. Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes
• Track project revenue, milestones and costs to budget
• Assist in budget forecasting and Excel modeling
• Prepare project schedules, and measure & report on progress
• Monitor change orders, and control project costs & financials
• Identify and implement process improvements to systems & process

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years in construction project management
• Strong verbal, writting and analysis skills
• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Construction Mgmt; or equivalent experience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Project management software, and MS Excel (pivots, vlookups etc)
• Background in forecasting and budgeting

Salary and Benefits:

Salary range: $60,000 - $90,000
