ITC is seeking a Cost Specialist for a position in Baytown/Cedar Bayou. This is a contract position for a long Term Project(s)

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Create and manage planning/execution PO’s for all turnarounds/Projects
• Build and review for all budgets for multiple Events at a time
• Build and review cost presentation for management
• Build all cost, per diem and forecast curves for execution
• Issue daily forecasts,
• Issue daily force, PO reports and compliance reports
• Reconcile all billing, invoicing, force reports and rosters
• Work with execution team to capture all Change Request costs
• Re quote/update all expired quotes for execution
• Develop issue templates for contractor updates, time sheets, force reports and management reports
• Finalize/update cost reports and curves
• Assist with contractor on boarding
• Coordination with accounting and reconcile to ledger
• As contractors demobilize, work on adjusting forecasts, final reconciliation and closing PO’s
• Work with Capitol Project as needed to allocate appropriate costs
• Assist with other Turnaround Team members as needed

Long term

40-50 Hours plus OT during Outage.

$2000 Hiring Bonus!!
