Trading & Rebalancing Specialist

Middle Office Services Team

Support investment operations in all capacities, such as modeling and execution of trades, holdings analysis and recommended transitions, coordination with external managers, and tracking of alternative assets. Support account compliance in the resolution of accounts that are out of balance and/or drafting new investment policy statements for clients as appropriate.  


  • Classify securities in reporting system.
  • Model portfolios against targets and process corresponding trades.
  • Coordinate trades with external custodians and/or separate account managers.
  • Assist in product/investment transitions, including performance and communications of trade analysis.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to resolve investment-related compliance issues; draft new agreements where appropriate.
  • Facilitate Private Equity and Hedge Fund activity in reporting system and maintain up to date valuations.
  • Disseminate AUM information to external managers.
  • Manage multiple priorities either independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as needed for the efficient operation of the department.


Bachelor’s degree and 5 years' experience in back-office and trade operations. Familiarity with Envestnet Tamarac Reporting and/or Rebalancing a plus.
