Associate Finance Analyst

Our client, a leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking an Associate Finance Analyst to join their team. As an Associate Finance Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Actively manage trade-related deductions and activities for the Nestle Professional business.
• Complete actions to clear exceptions related to trade deductions while driving change to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales and sales finance teams to promote alignment and achieve results.
• Plan, prioritize, and lead your workload to support timely and sound business decisions.
• Utilize data to identify risks and opportunities, making recommendations for improvement.

What's Needed?

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• Proficiency in English.
• Work experience in accounting, financial, or sales trade analysis.
• Ability to influence business decisions with concrete financial support.
• Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to work independently.
