Position: Financial Services Specialist

Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid, 4 days onsite)

Pay: $65,000 to $80,000 annually

Experience: 3+ years of experience in a law firm or professional services industry to support the financial operations of the firms California Region.

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Financial Services Specialist to join our dynamic law firm client!

Job Description:

• Processes in accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R) and perform duties related to month, quarter, and year-end reconciliations and account analysis.
• Assist with annual audit schedules for external auditors.
• Reviewing, verifying, and inputting cost allocations to client accounts.
• Coding/scanning daily cash receipts; managing expense report system.
• Responding to inquiries from lawyers and staff; and performing special projects.

Position Requirements:

• Must have strong knowledge of Windows and MS Office (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
