Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payment Business Analyst with expertise in Fedwire payment systems to join our team. In this role, you will work on high-value, real-time payment initiatives, ensuring compliance with operational standards, risk management policies, and regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in finance, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
8-10 years of experience working with Fedwire Funds Services, wire payments, large-value payment systems, or treasury operations.
Strong understanding of Fedwire message formats
Knowledge of regulatory requirements including BSA/AML, OFAC, and payment risk controls.
Familiarity with payment processing platforms and message gateways.
Experience writing business requirements, functional specs, and process models.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in tools like MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio), JIRA, and Confluence.
