FP&A
· Support the completion of management reporting decks to detailing financial performance, forecasts and variance analysis
· Maintain reporting deliverable calendar and communication to Finance business partners
· Develop, standardize, and improve templates for internal reviews and reporting deliverables, and drive process enhancements to ensure sustainment and high-quality inputs
· Collect financial and other data from numerous sources and translate into concise, consolidated decks
· Collaborate with key business partners to improve the financial forecast effectiveness
· Lead the operating expense reporting and budgeting for Global functions across Retail and Fueling Solutions
· Supervise, support and develop your direct reports, working with them on their deliverables, their engagement and their professional development
· Partner with Accounting during month end processes, monthly budget vs actual analysis, and business partnership with department leaders as required
· Respond to ad-hoc requests for financial analysis and reporting from senior management, providing data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives
· Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the FP&A department.
Business Partnering
· Provide dedicated finance-led business support to the CTO, offering guidance, support, analysis and advice
· Build and track monthly KPIs including Bookings, Revenue, Margin, Simplification programs, VAVE and NPD.
· Schedule and help lead Portfolio Monthly OP Reviews
· Work with regional teams to deliver high-quality, timely, and accurate forecasts for the R&D portfolio, including revenue, cost, NPV, ROI, and other relevant metrics
· Provide portfolio-level reporting and dashboards to senior R&D leaders and stakeholders, highlighting key trends, opportunities, risks, and trade-offs
· Conduct financial modelling including scenario and sensitivity analysis to support portfolio decision making and prioritization, NPD business cases, as well as contingency planning and risk mitigation
· Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting preferred) or equivalent work experience
· 7 - 10 years of experience in finance, including financial analysis and accounting
· Strong attention to detail and ability to understand/interpret complex data and communicate it in a simple way across functional groups
· High level of organization, attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
· Strong written, verbal and listening skills
· Ability to manage multiple, critical projects simultaneously, reprioritizing as required
· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with capability to innovate
· Advanced skills in Excel are essential, and knowledge of Hyperion Finance Management (HFM) is strongly preferred
· High degrees of adaptability are required, and would suit an energetic self-motivator with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
· Must exhibit strong integrity with the confidence to be assertive as necessary
· Location preference is USA (EST)
The base compensation range for this position is $112K to $172K per a nnum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
