Description

Provides specialized support for the Contact Strategies Team and the Noble Contact Strategy System which includes the following: Work closely with and support Supervisors and Managers related to resource management and strategy execution. Acts independently to identify, research and resolve problems. Works with developers to build and test Noble Applications. Develops and executes User Acceptance Testing for business unit supported applications. Provides technical support to business units, customers, management, and other users. Acts as a liaison between business segment(s) and process/system users and/or between users and other corporate areas. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position. Candidates should be able to work unsupervised as well as part of a team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years related financial services,

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision, be results focused, manage their own work, and have a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience working with Collections Systems or dialer applications.
  • Proven customer service excellence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and simultaneously handle deadlines, ad hoc requests and regular deliverables. Process oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours when required.
  • Qualified individual must have the ability to work in a team environment and act as a liaison between support groups
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis
  • Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to aggressive project deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels, departments, and locations within the organization
