What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.
Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple teams within Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS)
- Create and maintain Purchase Orders/requesting payments for assigned vendors
- Misc Reporting (invoices paid, overtime, org charts)
- Manage request for office equipment (e.g. headsets)
- Track/process customer payments sent to non-lockbox addresses
- Track/Process "live" checks (vendor, freight claim checks, refund checks and employee reimbursement checks) in CORA A/P Portal
- Process returned mail and work to reduce recurrence
- Process T&E cards needing to be sent to employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- 0-2 years of administrative experience, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint, preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sense of urgency, attention to detail and accountability needed
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships
- Strong organizational skills

Anticipated hourly range : $21.80-31.20
