Join our team at Swiss Management as a Chief Financial Officer in Stephenville, TX 76401. We are seeking a talented individual who is experienced in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, financial statements, and more. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, internal control, finance, and financial reporting. A CPA and a Master's in Education are preferred qualifications for this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead financial planning and analysis efforts
  2. Develop financial models and forecasts
  3. Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  4. Manage financial operations and internal controls
  5. Oversee financial reporting and budget forecasting
  6. Conduct due diligence for acquisitions
  7. Procure & manage lender relationships
