Asset Manager (Remote)

Asset Manager (Mid-to-Senior or Lead-Level) — Equipment Finance | Remote-Friendly | $100K–$175K + Bonus

We’re partnering with a PE-backed specialty finance firm that’s scaling fast — and building a best-in-class asset management function from the ground up. This organization is led by a serial founder with a successful track record scaling financial services platforms. We’ve already placed several founding leadership team members — culture is sharp, ambitious, and collaborative.

They’re hiring for two Asset Manager roles:

• One at the mid-to-senior individual contributor level
• One at the lead level, overseeing a small team

Both roles offer the opportunity to shape core processes around asset valuation, residual forecasting, risk analysis, and portfolio optimization — with a long-term vision to build toward outsourced services and a fintech-enabled secondary market platform.

Competitive pay: $100K–$175K base + bonus depending on level
Remote-friendly for the right candidate, though Cleveland/Westlake, OH is preferred

Qualifications for Success:

• Experience in equipment finance, leasing, or asset-based lending
• Comfort across both analytical and client-facing work
• Strong judgment around collateral valuation, portfolio risk, and secondary market potential
• Leadership capability (if applying for the lead role)
