Job Description
Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Princeton NJ
Pay Range : $36-39/hr
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst with 7+ years of experience to join our team. This non-exempt position offers overtime compensation at time and a half for hours worked over 40 per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex financial data, evaluating financial performance, and preparing in-depth feasibility and profitability studies.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data to identify trends and forecast financial outcomes

Evaluate current and historical data to determine financial performance

Review investment and business proposals for feasibility and profitability

Prepare financial reports and recommendations for executive decision-making

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives

Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial modeling
Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field

Strong understanding of financial principles, modeling, and forecasting

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or CPA/CVA preferred)
