Financial Analyst IV

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Princeton NJ
Pay Range : $36-39/hr

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst with 7+ years of experience to join our team. This non-exempt position offers overtime compensation at time and a half for hours worked over 40 per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex financial data, evaluating financial performance, and preparing in-depth feasibility and profitability studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and forecast financial outcomes

• Evaluate current and historical data to determine financial performance

• Review investment and business proposals for feasibility and profitability

• Prepare financial reports and recommendations for executive decision-making

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives

• Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial modeling

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field

• Strong understanding of financial principles, modeling, and forecasting

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or CPA/CVA preferred)
