Werelooking for a versatile and experienced Financial and AdministrativeSpecialist to oversee and execute key business functions, includingbookkeeping, financial operations, inventory coordination, and HRsupport. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation inaccounting and corporate tax, paired with the adaptability to manage avariety of internal operations in a growing business.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage daily financial transactions, including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Process payroll and assist with benefits administration and employee onboarding.
- Support corporate tax preparation and compliance in coordination with external accountants.
- Support inventory tracking and reconciliation, helping to maintain accurate cost and stock records.
- Maintain organized financial records and generate reports to support management decisions.
- Assist in improving financial workflows, internal controls, and administrative processes.
- Coordinate with vendors, external partners, and internal teams as needed.
**Ideal Candidate:**
- Experience in full-charge bookkeeping, with familiarity in corporate tax and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Enterprise).
- Strong working knowledge of payroll processing and HR best practices.
- Previous experience supporting manufacturing industrial businesses is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Trustworthy.
- Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.
