The Senior Tax Analyst will support Bath & Body Works, Inc.'s federal, state, and local income tax compliance process; support the income tax provision computation; and assist with corporate income tax initiatives. They will work closely with other associates in the Tax Department as well as Accounting and Finance teams within the organization. Responsibilities + Assist with preparation of the quarterly and year end worldwide tax provision. + Calculate book/tax adjustments and maintain deferred tax assets/liability balances through One Source Tax Provision. + Contribute to the preparation of the federal, state, and local income tax returns utilizing One Source Income Tax. + Utilize various data sources and communicate with business partners to determine state and local apportionment rates. + Maintain various tax databases, including federal, state, and international fixed asset registers. + Research proposed and enacted tax legislation and accurately update calculations to reflect changes. + Coordinate with the Audit Manager and assist in collecting required documentation for federal, state, and local audit information document requests in an accurate and timely manner. + Calculate and timely submit quarterly federal, state, and local estimates and extensions. + Facilitate the reporting of intercompany sales and transactions. + Assist in federal and state income tax planning initiatives. + Support Management in special projects and analyses. Qualifications + Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate income taxation focusing on large consolidated and multi-state corporations. + Experience in public accounting is highly preferred. + Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to walk through analyses and solutions with management and business partners. + Excellent project management skills and proven ability to multi-task within a collaborative and fast-moving environment. + Detail-oriented mindsight with a high level of analytical skills. + Experience with automated tax systems (OneSource), SAP, and tax research tools (Checkpoint, BNA, CCH). + Extensive experience with Microsoft software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
