We are actively seeking an Patient Financial Services Specialists to join our team. Support our mission to providing excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences
Responsibilities:
  • Address patient concerns by answering and responding to incoming calls promptly.
  • Take Patient Payments
  • Set up payment arrangements.
  • Assist patients with unresolved balances.
  • Liaison between patients and their insurance company.
  • Collecting estimated liabilities from patients.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of the Revenue Cycle Process, Compliance, and Federal Regulations.
  • Verify, collect and update patient demographics, insurance coverages, and payment information.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Soft Collection Skills.
  • Keep an open line of communication with the manager.
  • Complete weekly workflow assignments.
  • Responsible for answering inquiries from the field offices and interoffice departments within Revenue Cycle.
