Position Summary:

We are seeking a Remote Senior Project Manager Treasury to lead complex, enterprise-level projects focused on liquidity risk management, funding optimization, regulatory compliance, and treasury transformation at our leading banking and financial services client. This role requires a strong understanding of treasury functions, capital markets, and regulatory risk and controls, and reporting within a financial institution. The ideal candidate will bridge business, risk, and technology teams to deliver impactful, regulatory-compliant solutions.

Essential Duties:

Lead and manage Treasury-related projects, including liquidity reporting, capital planning, and ALM initiatives.

Partner with Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting teams to deliver business-aligned and regulatory-driven outcomes (e.g., LCR, NSFR, CCAR).

Drive the implementation or enhancement of Treasury systems such as QRM, SAP TRM, or FTP engines.

Support liquidity stress testing framework development and enhancements.

Coordinate testing, UAT, and go-live activities across multiple business and tech teams.

Track project KPIs, risks, timelines, and governance documentation.

Provide updates to senior stakeholders and participate in Treasury Steering Committees.

Qualifications:

812 years of project management experience within financial services, ideally in Financial Services in Treasury, Liquidity, or Risk.

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (Basel III/IV, LCR, NSFR, CCAR).

Experience with Treasury platforms such as QRM, SAP, or other liquidity/capital management tools.

PMP, CTP, or SAFe certifications are a plus.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Strong understanding of wholesale funding markets and ALM concepts.

Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $90 95.
