Tax Associate

We’re working with a growing boutique accounting firm that provides high-touch financial services to a diverse mix of entrepreneurs, small businesses, and high-income individuals. They're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Tax Operations Associate (CPA or EA preferred, not required) to support tax return prep, notice resolution, and multi-entity filings.

Ideal candidates have:

• 2+ years of experience with complex 1040s, Schedule Cs, and pass-through entities
• Multi-state filing experience
• Strong accounting fundamentals and familiarity with QuickBooks
• Ability to independently handle IRS and state tax notices
