Our mid-sized NYC-based company is hiring a Vice President of Finance to lead the finance team and oversee all financial operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for accurate and timely monthly reporting and will play a critical role in both strategic planning and day-to-day execution. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equally comfortable managing people and process. Our culture values dedication, professionalism with informality, self-motivation, transparency, and mutual trust. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in corporate finance, a proactive mindset, and the willingness to roll up their sleeves. This is an on-site role—essential to leading your team effectively and collaborating with peers.

- Collaborate with external CPA firm on audits and tax compliance, providing cleaner, more timely financials.
- Increase department efficiency through software optimization and process automation; eliminate unnecessary steps and streamline workflows.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and foster financial discipline company-wide.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial management
