We are currently searching for a **Private Banking/Treasury Management Relationship Manager** to work out of our **Lewis Center** branch!

Under the direction of the Private Banking/Treasury Management Manager, the **Private Banking/Treasury Management Relationship Manager**'s primary role is to provide clients with the most competitive products available while providing fee income and loan and deposit growth to the institution. Assist all market areas in overall growth of Private Banking and Treasury Management products and client service. Responsible for new account generation and cross-selling bank products (loans and deposits for both personal and business). Generating referrals for those services not sold directly.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES:**

**Private Banking/Treasury Management Relationship Manager Responsibilities: **

- Generate new clients personally and through referrals of other departments, clients and members of the community.

- Is the "sales champion" for the Private Banking and Treasury Management products of the Bank. Must be motivated to work with clients to deepen existing relationships and generate new business.

- Responsible for regular meetings with clients to review and analyze changes in goals and objectives and recommend changes to deposits as needed. Proactively schedules appointments each week and manages pipeline to ensure goals are consistently met each month.

- Develop client relationship. Gain trust of client with value added service.

- Sell and service all Private Banking and Treasury Management products and services to Bank clients and prospects.

- Generate new fee income for the institution through traditional and non-traditional products and services. This will include soliciting new retail and business relationships and deepening relationships with existing clients.

- Responsible for cross-selling and referring clients to the Retail, Commercial and Investment Departments of the Bank for various relationships.

- Relationship-Driven: Has a developed Book of Business to include affluent clients, professionals and successful business owners. Also has a developed list of cultivated prospects and contacts for future calling opportunities. Maintains a strong Centers of Influence (COI) network to include accountants, attorneys, commercial real estate brokers and residential realtors as well as others; will continue to grow their COI network through continued business development efforts.

- Actively participates in local business and community activities.

- Develop sales to Public Funds entities.

- Prepare proposals to present to clients/prospects regarding the company's products.

- Sell and install all Treasury Management products, which include but is not limited to ACH Manager, On-line Banking and Remote Capture.

- Assist clients with resolution of account problems and issues.

- Provide clients with the information and support needed.

- Keep abreast of changes in products, policies and procedures, and attend training as needed.
