Tax Manager (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a respected and growing public accounting firm that’s strengthening its leadership bench. They’re seeking an experienced Tax Manager to take on a meaningful client-facing role, with a focus on relationship management, technical review, and long-term strategic support.

This is a newly created position designed for someone who’s ready to step into a more visible role. While prior team leadership is a plus, the firm is equally open to candidates who bring strong technical acumen and are eager to grow into a management track over time. There’s plenty of room to expand responsibilities and make an impact.

Title: Tax Manager

Location: 1x a week on-site (or more as needed) in either the Calabassas, CA, or Century City, CA, offices. 

Compensation: Up to $145k in base salary + Benefits (5 weeks of PTO + competitive 401(k) matching, etc) + Eligibility for performance driven bonus 

What We’re Looking For:

• Active CPA is required

• 3+ years of Tax Manager experience with real estate or professional services clients is required

• Background in small to mid-sized public accounting firms

• Strong communicator with a professional presence
