How You'll Contribute
The Assistant Vice President, Finance is responsible for supporting various corporate finance functions, including accounting and reporting related to debt instruments, capital structure, stock-based compensation, and compliance with credit and REIT-related covenants. This role also compiles monthly and quarterly materials for senior leadership and the board of directors, including the company's private equity sponsor. The role reports directly to the VP, Financial Reporting and interacts frequently with executive leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing Oracle and other business tools to analyze data and provide insight into consolidated financial performance
- Engaging with operational leaders to compile materials for leadership and board reporting
- Overseeing accounting and reporting of debt, capital structure, and stock-based compensation
- Monitoring compliance with credit facilities and REIT-related financial covenants
- Benchmarking public company peer financial results
- Supporting and analyzing other strategic financial initiatives as needed
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Performing other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting
