Were partnering with a growing financial services organization seeking a senior accounting leader to own the general ledger, financial reporting, internal controls, and day-to-day accounting operations. This role reports to the CFO and oversees core accounting functions, including AP, reconciliations, cash management, and budgeting.

What Youll Do

• Own the general ledger, monthly close, and financial reporting

• Lead internal controls, policies, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory guidance

• Oversee AP, fixed assets, liquidity management, and vendor oversight

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

• Manage and develop accounting staff and processes

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

• 35+ years of accounting experience, financial services preferred

• Prior people management experience

• CPA strongly preferred
