Le Directeur principal, Finance FP&A corporatif, est responsable de lelaboration, de la communication et de la mise en uvre de la planification et de lanalyse financieres pour la consolidation de McKesson Canada. Il agit comme principal interlocuteur financier aupres de McKesson Corporate et des equipes de direction des differentes unites daffaires pour les previsions, le budget, le plan a long terme ainsi que pour tout projet ponctuel necessitant une analyse financiere. Il conseille la haute direction en tant que partenaire daffaires dans la consolidation des budgets, des previsions et des plans a long terme, tant au niveau strategique que tactique.

Responsabilites principales

Agir comme partenaire daffaires et conseiller financier cle aupres du VP, Finance, FP&A corporatif, ainsi que du CFO.
Diriger et superviser toutes les activites liees a la planification et a lanalyse financieres pour lunite daffaires de McKesson Canada, incluant notamment les rapports financiers, les budgets annuels, les previsions mensuelles, les revues operationnelles trimestrielles, les plans a long terme et les analyses financieres ponctuelles.
Conseiller la haute direction sur les implications financieres des decisions daffaires, identifier et gerer les risques et opportunites associes aux operations et au plan a long terme (consolidation McKesson Canada).
Fournir du soutien strategique, de la planification de scenarios, ainsi que des analyses de risques et dopportunites afin datteindre les objectifs financiers prevus et a long terme.
Diriger le developpement devaluations continues des objectifs financiers strategiques a court et long terme et recommander des solutions aux parties prenantes, en tenant compte des facteurs internes et externes, de limpact du marche, de la legislation et de lalignement avec les objectifs financiers corporatifs.
Diriger les discussions et favoriser le consensus entre les equipes sur les sujets interdependants entre les BU.
Jouer un role cle dans lavancement de la strategie FP&A de McKesson Canada a travers les differents groupes.
Soutenir lequipe dans lidentification et la mise en uvre de strategies visant a maximiser la precision des previsions au sein des differentes unites daffaires.
Appuyer lequipe dans les livrables de fin de mois.
Sassurer qua un niveau consolide, les objectifs budgetaires sont atteints et que la croissance attendue pour les annees futures est adequate. Communiquer clairement au VP, Finance FP&A et M&A ainsi quaux CFO des BU les risques et opportunites pour lannee en cours et les annees futures.
Diriger des equipes interfonctionnelles pour suivre la performance des indicateurs cles par rapport au budget ou aux analyses financieres prevues.
Determiner les normes et indicateurs permettant de mesurer la performance financiere de McKesson Canada.
Concevoir et communiquer des modeles flexibles (tests de resistance, gestion des depenses, analyse couts variables vs couts fixes, etc.) afin dassurer une communication efficace avec les parties prenantes et une integration fluide dans les processus de cloture mensuelle, de prevision et de budgetisation annuelle.
Identifier et communiquer les KPI/indicateurs cles a la haute direction, en mettant en lumiere leur impact global sur lentreprise avec des rapports clairs et concis.
Assurer un environnement de controle interne hautement efficace et veiller au respect de tous les processus SOX dans le cadre du budget et du plan a long terme.

Analyse et performance financiere

Diriger lanalyse des resultats financiers de lentreprise en lien avec les profits, tendances, couts, et conformite aux budgets, previsions et plan a long terme.
Surveiller les resultats financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels et recommander des solutions strategiques essentielles a la croissance de lentreprise.
Developper et mettre en uvre des KPI appropries et ponctuels pour lequipe de direction des BU, ainsi que des indicateurs permettant la gestion en temps reel des activites.
Remettre en question les soumissions financieres des BU pour les budgets, plans a long terme et previsions continues afin dassurer que les economies necessaires sont prises en compte et que les couts sont correctement refletes.
Guider la direction dans le developpement des hypotheses mensuelles lors des previsions et du rolling forecast ; elaborer des plans de reussite pour les budgets et le plan a long terme qui seront examines et approuves par lequipe de direction executive.
Agir comme partenaire daffaires du groupe des relations avec les investisseurs chez Corporate pour representer les principaux moteurs et la performance du Canada par rapport a lannee precedente.
Diriger et soutenir les initiatives damelioration des processus et les projets de mise en uvre de systemes lies a la planification financiere (incluant les projets diriges par le corporate).

Qualifications

Baccalaureat en commerce avec specialisation en finance ou comptabilite. Titre comptable professionnel (CPA) requis ; solide expertise comptable.
Minimum de 15 annees dexperience en comptabilite et gestion dans un role similaire, incluant au moins 10 annees dexperience en FP&A, idealement dans une entreprise internationale.
Experience demontree en interaction avec la haute direction et en developpement de strategies financieres innovantes.
Maitrise approfondie de la planification et de lanalyse financieres, des systemes associes, ainsi que des principes economiques et analytiques lies aux affaires.

Job Summary
The Senior Director , Finance Corporate FP&A is responsible for developing, communicating, and leading the execution of financial planning & analysis for McKesson Canada consolidation . The i ncumbent acts as the primary financial interface with McKesson Corporate and leaders hip team across different business units for forecast, budget, long range plan and for any ad hoc projects requiring financial analysis. Guide senior management as an effective business partner in consolidating budgets, forecasts, and long - range plans , at both strategic and tactical levels.

Lead and oversee all aspects of the f inancial p lanning & a nalysis function supporting t he McKesson Canada business unit , including, but not limited to financial reporting, annual budgets, monthly forecasts, quarterly operating reviews, long range plans and ad hoc financial analysis
Accountable to guide executive management with respect to th e financial implications of business decisions, to identif y and manage financial risks and opportunities related to the operations and long - term plan of the businesses ( McKesson Canada Consolidation ).
Provide strategic decision support, scenario planning, and risk and opportunity analysis to achieve forecast and long - range financial goals
Lead the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long - term strategic financial objectives by making recommendations on solutions/initiatives to the business stakeholders, taking in consideration external and internal factors, market impacts, legislation, and alignment to McK Corporate financial objectives.
Lead discussions and bring teams to consensus on matters having BUs interdependency
Plays a lead role in advancing McKesson C anada FP&A strategy across our different groups
Support team to identify and implement effective strategies to maximize forecast accuracy amongst the different business units at McKesson Canada
Support team with month end deliverables
Ensures that at a consolidated basis, we meet budget and deliver appropriate growth in future years. Communicates clearly to VP, Finance FP&A and M&A as well as to BU CFO, the risks, and opportunities for current year as well as for future years.
Lead cross - functional teams to track key drivers performance against budg et / financial business case
Determine key standards and metrics to measure financial performance of McKesson Canada
Lead and communicate flexible models ( e.g., s tress test, spend smart, variable vs fixed cost analysis, etc. ) to ensure effective communication with all stakeholders that creates simple process flow into monthly close and forecasting processes and annual budgeting and reporting.
Identify and communica te KPIs/metrics to senior leadership highlighting the overall impact on the enterprise , with cle ar and con ci se reporting
Accountable to maintain and ensure a highly effective internal control environment and executive accountability to adhere to all SOX related processes for budg et / LRP process .

Accountable to lead the analysis of the business financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets , forecast and LRP .
Responsible to monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and recommend strategic solutions critical to the success and growth of the business.
Develop and implement the appropriate and timely KPIs for the BU management team and develop metrics to help in the real - time management of the business.
Challenge the BU financial submissions for budget, LRP and Rolling FCST of key stakeholders to ensure that we capture the right savings an d that costs are properly captured in the forecast /budget/long range plan.
Guide senior management in developing layovers duri ng monthly forecast and rolling forecast; develops business success planning during budgets and LRP that will be reviewed and approved by executive leadership team
Business partner to the investors relations group at Corporate to represent Canada key drivers and performance vs last year
Lead and support process improvements and system implementation projects related to financial planning (including corporate led projects)

Qualifications
Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance or Accounting. Must have an accounting designation (CPA); strong accounting knowledge
Minimum of 15 years of accounting and management experience in a similar role ; with a minimum of 10 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a global company
Proven track record of accomplishments, and ability to interact with senior management, resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies
Possess a comprehensive knowledge with financial planning & analysis , a s well as systems and demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of a broader set of business economics, intelligence, and analytical techniques.
Strategic, innovative, proactive thinker with a desire to work in a changing environment
Executive presence and acumen: ability to engage with senior leadership/executives, influence without authority, and hold your ground / defend your opinions
