Fonctions et responsabilites principales / Main Duties and Responsibilities :
Rapports financiers / Financial Reporting
- Responsable du processus de reporting financier unite par unite, y compris les rapports de fin de mois, les budgets et les previsions intermediaires. / Responsible for Unit by Unit financial reporting process including month-end reporting, budgets, and interim forecasts.

Controler / Controlling

- Identifier les faiblesses du controle et mettre en uvre des initiatives de controle des couts. / Identify control weaknesses and implement cost control initiatives.
- Tester les procedures de controle interne des unites et linteraction avec le siege et les societes sous-traitantes:/ Test internal control procedures at Units and interaction with headquarters and outsource companies:
- Comptes fournisseurs controles de processus AP de bout en bout avec Datamatics, conformement au manuel AP / Accounts Payable end to end AP process controls with Datamatics, per AP Manual
- Facturation qualite de la saisie directe des donnees dans les unites et transfert a la facturation centrale / Billing quality of direct data entry at Units and hand-off to Central Billing
- Paie controle autour du temps et des presences de Kronos, qualite des entrees dans Ultipro / Payroll control around Kronos time & attendance, quality of input to Ultipro
- Grand livre general suivi des transactions SAP conformement au manuel de controle de gestion des unites SAP / General Ledger monitoring SAP transactions in line with SAP Unit Controlling Manual
Analyse et pilotage de la performance / Analysis and Performance Driving
- Developper des indicateurs cles de performance (KPI) pour suivre les couts des materiaux et de la main-duvre par unite. / Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track material and labor costs by Unit.
- Analyser les tendances financieres, definir et initier des mesures correctives. / Analyze financial trends, define and initiate corrective measures.
- Conduire les objectifs de productivite de l'unite grace a des revues regulieres d'amelioration continue avec les directeurs generaux et les proprietaires de processus. / Drive Unit productivity goals through regular Continuous Improvement reviews with General Managers and Process Owners.
- Aider lunite a planifier la main-duvre en fonction des changements commerciaux prevus. / Assist Unit in planning labor based on forecasted business changes.
Rentabilite client / Customer Profitability
- Examiner les propositions de prix pour les clients et aider le vice-president regional dans les decisions de prix / Review pricing proposals for customers and assist Area VP in pricing decisions
- Aider les unites a maintenir une analyse efficace des profits et des pertes par client. / Assist the Units in maintaining effective analysis of profit and loss by customer
Qualifications
Formation / Education:
- Diplome BS/BA en finance ou en comptabilite (prefere) / BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
Experience professionnelle / Work Experience:
- 7 annees dexperience dans un domaine connexe / 7 years of experience in a related field
- Connaissances approfondies en finance, en controle de gestion et en gestion de tresorerie / Broad knowledge of finance, controlling, and cash management
Competences linguistiques / de communication / Language / Communication Skills:
- Competences efficaces en communication orale et ecrite en EN et FR / Effective oral and written communication skills in EN and FR
