Own and evolve the global product strategy for assigned Medium Power product lines, translating BU direction into robust roadmaps and business cases that stand up to scrutinyLead new product development initiatives endtoend, from framing customer problems and defining solution concepts to setting clear requirements, guiding crossfunctional execution, and ensuring successful market introductionSteer the portfolio across its full lifecycle, making deliberate, databacked choices on pricing, options mix, and endoflife to protect profitability and longterm competitivenessServe as a senior partner to regional sales and business development, enabling growth through wellprepared launches, portfolio clarity, application guidance, and targeted regional initiativesWhat We're Looking For
