Wealth Advisor - Hybrid & Remote AvailablePosition OverviewWe are seeking a client-focused Wealth Advisor to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to high-net-worth individuals and families. The Wealth Advisor will create and implement personalized wealth strategies, manage client portfolios, and build long-term relationships to help clients achieve their financial goals while ensuring adherence to regulatory and firm standards. This is W2 position has the flexible option to work onsite, hybrid, or remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive financial planning including retirement planning, estate planning coordination, tax-efficient strategies, and cash flow analysis.Construct and manage client investment portfolios: recommend asset allocation, security selection, rebalancing, and ongoing performance monitoring.Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess goals, risk tolerance, and progress; present clear, actionable recommendations.Develop and implement tailored wealth management strategies and financial plans that address clients short- and long-term objectives.Grow and maintain a book of business through exceptional service, referrals, networking, and partnering with firm specialists.Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements; prepare disclosures and documentation as needed.Monitor market, economic, and regulatory developments; incorporate new ideas and best practices into client strategies and deliver thought leadership to clients as appropriate.QualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.Experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or related roles serving high-net-worth clients.Series 65 license or equivalent; Series 7/66 or ability to obtain is a plus.CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP) designation preferred or actively pursuing certification.Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio construction, risk management, tax-aware strategies, and estate planning concepts.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills with a proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships.High ethical standards and fiduciary mindset; ability to pass background and regulatory checks.
