Are you a CPA or attorney with extensive experience in transactions related to M&A activities? Are you interested in moving from the accounting firm you are currently with and learning a new side of the business? We need a motivated, innovative and talented individual who can provide financial expertise to the transactional risk insurance team.

Experience in Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures and related transactions is beneficial.

Shall:

*** Determine acceptability of Representations and Warranties Insurance and Transactional Risk Insurance options for Mergers and Acquisitions deals using high level financial risk analysis and negotiating with buyers and sellers.

*** Work closely with legal counsel and underwriters to perform due diligence reviews of coverage applications.

*** Customize RWI policies for approved M&A transactions.

Requirements:

*** 4+ years experience accounting for Mergers and Acquisitions activities.

*** Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA designation.

*** Ability to assess accuracy of financial statements, existence of significant current contracts and sufficiency of assets when reviewing representations and warranties insurance applications.
