Summary
The Business Analyst serves as a strategic and analytical partner to the Executive Leadership Team, supporting companywide initiatives across sales, operations, and business planning. This role transforms data into actionable insights, develops executivelevel dashboards, supports strategic decisions, and drives continuous improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Business Insights
Collaborate with the President and Executive Leadership Team to develop, publish, and maintain executive dashboards featuring sales, operational, and financial performance metrics.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting with clear insights, explanations of trends, and recommended actions.
Translate data into meaningful insights, identify performance gaps, and recommend solutions to improve results across departments.
Support annual business planning, including forecasting, scenario modeling, and strategic planning deliverables.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, analyze, and interpret data across customers, brands, markets, and competitors to support decisionmaking.
Develop business scorecards and performance tracking against key initiatives; update and communicate results regularly.
Conduct pricing analysis to identify margin opportunities and recommend actions to increase profitability.
Manage KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), dashboards, and reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, and other business intelligence platforms.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems, ensuring reliable executivelevel outputs.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Work effectively with leaders across Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, HR and Supply Chain to ensure data alignment and support crosscompany initiatives.
Provide analytical support for special projects, including new brand performance and evaluation, operational improvements, and sales strategy.
Partner with department leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored analysis that drives informed decisionmaking.
Business Planning, Forecasting & Process Improvement
Support longrange planning, budgeting, and financial modeling.
Identify inefficiencies across processes and recommend improvements rooted in datadriven insights.
Assist with the development and refinement of operational and sales KPIs, dashboards, and business processes.
General Responsibilities
Demonstrate strong work ethic, flexibility, and comfort working outside a strict 8-5 schedule when needed.
Operate effectively within a matrixed environment across multiple locations.
Perform other duties consistent with analytical support and business intelligence needs.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Bachelor s degree required (Business, Finance, Analytics, Accounting, or related field preferred).
Relevant analytics experience; prior business analytics role highly preferred.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is required.
Strong capability in statistical analysis, algebraic modeling, data visualization, and complex problem solving.
Ability to work with data from multiple systems and ensure accuracy across platforms.

Strong analytical thinking coupled with solid business acumen.
Highly collaborative with the ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization.
