Resume du posteLAnalyste financier principal (AFP) se joindra a lequipe de planification et danalyse financieres (FP&A) et jouera un role cle au sein du groupe des bannieres de detail de McKesson. Les principales responsabilites incluent les previsions financieres, la planification financiere, la preparation des budgets, le suivi de la performance des activites ainsi que la participation aux strategies de developpement des affaires.
Section A Responsabilites specifiques- En tant que membre de lequipe de planification et danalyse financieres, agir a titre de partenaire daffaires pour les activites des bannieres de detail de McKesson Canada.
- Soutenir le gestionnaire FP&A dans les activites de prevision et de budgetisation liees aux achats des membres pour le secteur des bannieres de detail.
- Preparer des rapports de gestion mensuels et ad hoc, et diriger la revision des resultats avec les responsables des unites daffaires.
- Mener des discussions avec les dirigeants daffaires et les equipes interfonctionnelles afin de piloter les exercices annuels de budgetisation et de planification a long terme.
- Offrir un soutien proactif et des analyses daffaires aux bannieres de detail, notamment en realisant des analyses generales et personnalisees, en developpant des indicateurs de performance cles (KPI) a valeur ajoutee et en contribuant a la prise de decisions strategiques.
- Formuler des recommandations de solutions ou dalternatives pour appuyer la direction dans la prise de decisions.
- Baccalaureat en administration des affaires (option finance ou comptabilite). Titre CPA requis. Un MBA avec specialisation en finance sera egalement considere.
- De 5 a 7 ans dexperience en finance, budgetisation et previsions.
- Capacite a gerer des echeanciers serres et a etablir des priorites dans un environnement en evolution.
- Bilinguisme (a loral et a lecrit).
- Excellentes capacites analytiques, avec une volonte constante de comprendre les facteurs expliquant les resultats.
- Autonomie, motivation et esprit entrepreneurial; capacite a mener les dossiers a terme.
- Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et competences en leadership.
- Solides competences analytiques et techniques, capacite a faire des liens entre les informations et a traduire les resultats en actions daffaires.

Job Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) will join the Financial Planning, Analysis team and play a key role within the McKesson Retail Banner Group. The main areas of responsibilities include forecasting, financial planning, budget preparation, business performance tracking and involvement in business development strategies.
Section A Specific responsibilities
- As part of Financial Planning & Analysis team; the candidate will act as a business partner to the McKesson Canada Retail Banner Business.
- Support the Manager, FP&A relating forecasting and budgeting activities of the Member Purchases for the Retail Banner business.
- Prepare monthly and Ad Hoc management reports, and lead the review of the results to the respective business owners
- Lead discussions with business leaders and cross functional teams to drive the annual budgeting and long-range planning exercises.
- Provide proactive support and business analytics to the Retail Banner business. Notably includes performing general and customized analyses; develop value added KPIs, involvement in supporting strategic decision making.
- Help recommend appropriate solutions or alternatives when supporting management in decision making.
Section B Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance or Accounting. CPA designation required. An MBA with a finance background will also be considered.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in finance, budgeting and forecasting
- Able to manage tight deadlines and prioritize in a changing environment
- Bilingual (written and oral)
