About the Role:The Financial Analyst is a key partner in driving datainformed decisions across the business. In this role, you will build and maintain financial models, analyze trends, and translate complex data into clear insights that support planning, forecasting, and performance management. You'll collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and crossfunctional stakeholders to prepare monthly reporting packages, evaluate business cases, and identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin, and cash flow. Success in this role requires strong analytical rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both financial and nonfinancial audiences.

  • This position will be on-site in Mobile, Alabama.What You'll Do:

Build and update financial models for tracking and reporting of actuals for many projects from estimate through completionDevelop reports & dashboards within various programs (Salesforce, Power BI, ReportsNow, etc.)Responsible for monthly budget to actual capex analysis. Identify variances and provide reports to key stakeholdersPrepare monthly executive-level presentationsCommunicate performance compared to AOP and quarterly forecast benchmarksAnalyze transactions related to project costs to ensure cost allocations are accurate. Liaise with Accounting to correct project costs where necessaryReview purchase order requisitions for finance-level approvalReview purchase orders and invoices to determine remaining spend on projectsAudit project financials at close out and perform root cause variance analysisAdvise operational teams as to the financial treatment and implications of the various decisions being made and their impact on both the project and the businessLiaise with various teams for systems & process improvement workflows, including integration of Salesforce, Oracle, JDE, etc.Work with Cost Estimating SMEs to ensure rates and assumptions used in the cost model are up to date. Ensure budgets are updated appropriately per implementation formsSupport provision of materials for Quarterly Business Review, Board of Director, and Investor Relations meetings as neededProduction of ad-hoc analytical support on a full range of financial issuesPerform other duties as assigned
