We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager with at least 5 years of relevant tax experience to lead tax preparation operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and support the growth of our accounting department. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys improving processes, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality service to clients. You will play a key role in reviewing returns, managing workflow, supporting staff, and helping improve efficiency across the department, while maintaining high standards of technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
