This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week onsite one of our Lincoln, NE, Carmel, IN, or Wilmington, DE offices.Responsibilities
- Work with Sales, Finance & HR to upde annual compension plan components and build annual quotas
- Lead the annual review, upde and distribution of compension plan documents
- Complete commission reled month-end close activities, including preparion of accrual journal entries
- Prepare, maintain, and administer monthly and quarterly reports, calculions, and commission stements to ensure timely and accure payroll processing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commission reled questions from Sales
- Proactively identify and advise on process and efficiency improvements
- Collabore with business leadership, Sales, Finance/Controllership, and Human Resources
- Support broader Commercial Finance activities as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of financial analyst experience with an opering company, of which 1-2 should be in commercial finance or variable compension
- Prior experience with a publicly traded company preferred
- Experience presenting to executive management teams
- Experience in fast-change environments
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal & communicion skills; ability to work across all functions
Computer proficiency:
- MS Office knowledge & advanced Excel skills required
- Salesforce knowledge required
- NetSuite knowledge helpful
- Dabase knowledge helpful

- 10% of the time
