Responsibilities

• Work with Sales, Finance & HR to upde annual compension plan components and build annual quotas
• Lead the annual review, upde and distribution of compension plan documents
• Complete commission reled month-end close activities, including preparion of accrual journal entries
• Prepare, maintain, and administer monthly and quarterly reports, calculions, and commission stements to ensure timely and accure payroll processing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for commission reled questions from Sales
• Proactively identify and advise on process and efficiency improvements
• Collabore with business leadership, Sales, Finance/Controllership, and Human Resources
• Support broader Commercial Finance activities as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of financial analyst experience with an opering company, of which 1-2 should be in commercial finance or variable compension
• Prior experience with a publicly traded company preferred
• Experience presenting to executive management teams
• Experience in fast-change environments

• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal & communicion skills; ability to work across all functions

Computer proficiency:

• MS Office knowledge & advanced Excel skills required
• Salesforce knowledge required
• NetSuite knowledge helpful
• Dabase knowledge helpful

Travel:

• 10% of the time
