Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an administrative support function covering File Maintenance, Document Management (scanning/sending), and Transferring Funds ( required ).
• Experience assisting with the completion of sold vehicles documentation, ensuring that all required documents for the sale are in place ( preferred ).
• Experience working with financial institutions and coordinating approval and collection of finance & insurance fees ( preferred ).
• Track record of delivering world class customer experience in a high-volume retail environment.
