This role is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to support executive decision making, with particular emphasis on midmonth forecasting, month end net revenue reporting, allowance modeling, and payer related financial risk. Operating with a high degree of independence, the Principal Financial Analyst synthesizes complex financial, operational, and revenue cycle information into clear executive ready narratives and actionable recommendations. This role is designed for an experienced healthcare finance professional who thrives in a consultative, analytical capacity, prefers deep subject matter ownership over people management, and values flexibility while maintaining a high standard of accountability and impact.
