Solicit required financials information and other reporting requirements Preparing annual reviews Preparing LOC renewals Completing Site Inspections Identifying inconsistencies with loan documentation and recommending modifications as necessary Preparing Loan Modification Approvals Working with Loan Officers and Customers to execute loan documentation. Handling new underwriting requests from existing customers in conjunction with the Loan Officers Working with Loan Officers to restructure existing commercial lending relationships if necessary Assessing risk ratings and updating as necessary Monitor/reach out on past due real estate taxes Review existing loan documentation to test performance and financial covenants. Make credit recommendations and provide risk assessments. Develop relationships with the loan officers and customers to assist in obtaining financial statements and communicate issues within the loan file. Monitor customer financials to ensure they are current. Track matured loans, ticklers, exceptions reporting and maintenance and ensuring timely completion of annual reviews and renewals. Work with collections on past due credits and prepare WAR reports and action plans for watch list credits as requested. Complete new credit underwriting requests to assist with new business overflow as needed. Assist with data input and reporting of Epicenter or comparable system. Concisely present credit relationship risks, mitigants/support, and overall strategy to loan officers and commercial management. Present credit requests to Credit Committee and Credit Risk and Investment Committee as needed. Assist with Managed by Exception and Seasoned Loan portfolio. Maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations, bank policies and procedures related to the position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 5 - 10 years related experience in a financial institution. Must be able to independently originate professional correspondence as well as possess the ability to communicate their thoughts/ideas in a clear and concise manner to internal and external customers. Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability required to interpret a variety of complex instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability required to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
