Description We are seeking a clientfocused Senior Wealth Advisor to join our team and serve as a trusted partner to individuals and families navigating complex financial decisions. In this role, you will deliver personalized financial guidance, helping our clients align their wealth strategies with their longterm goals through thoughtful planning, investment insight, and proactive relationship management. Financial Planning: Manage client planning process, including: Initial financial plan creation Ongoing planning updates Regular scenario planning and analysis Recommendation of solutions Identification of new opportunities Prepare and deliver client financial plans and presentations Gather, organize, and synthesize client data within a financial planning context Develop and prepare investment implementation strategies for clients Client Service Management including: Implementation of investment strategies Portfolio changes and review Ongoing due diligence of non-standard client holdings Insurance plan implementation and review Estate plan review Tax planning Lead client relationship development and management, including regular client contact and communications Initiate business development opportunities through client referrals, centers of influence, and organic marketing activities Initiate the set-up and transfer of funds of new investment accounts Verify the validity and accuracy of client financial documents Navigate financial planning software prior to and during client meetings Identify new Employer Plan opportunities. This salary range reflects the anticipated responsibilities and qualifications of a successful candidate for this role. Final compensation may vary depending upon an individual's experience, knowledge, and skills. Individuals may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of incentives, commissions, profit sharing, and more, depending on the role.
