Director of Finance Hotel (Virginia/DC Area)

To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking a Director of Finance to lead the financial operations of a hotel in the Virginia/DC area. This individual will play a critical role in driving strategic business objectives, partnering closely with the General Manager and ownership to ensure strong financial performance, operational efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic financial leadership and direction for the property Oversee all accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger Ensure accurate and timely ADP payroll processing and compliance Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheet reconciliations Lead profit and loss analysis, identifying trends and opportunities to improve performance Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts in partnership with department leaders Ensure full compliance with tax reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements Maintain strong internal controls and financial policies Partner with operational leaders to drive cost controls and maximize profitability Communicate financial performance clearly to senior leadership and ownership Qualifications: Strong leadership presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills Extensive knowledge of hotel operations and financial systems Proven experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis Ability to influence and collaborate across departments Prior experience in a luxury or full-service hotel environment Compensation & Benefits: Strong, competitive performance-based bonus program Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits 401(k) and retirement plan Relocation assistance available Generous PTO, including vacation, holidays, and sick time JOB ID : 175484 #post Michael Forgione To Apply for this Job Click Here Apply Now Share This Job Share on Email Share on Linkedin Share on Facebook Share on X Share on Email
