- Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, HR, Recruiting, Technology, and Business Management to support execution of department priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, standardize workflows, enhance reporting, and strengthen operational discipline across the function.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, business management, project management, or similar strategic support roles; VP-level equivalent preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience preparing management reporting, dashboards, presentations, and status updates for senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Recruiting, Technology, and other control or infrastructure partners.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including meeting management, note-taking, and executive-ready follow-up.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; comfort working with data, trackers, and process documentation.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
