A client of ours in the upper valley of New Hampshire is looking for an interim-CFO with experience in the software industry to take ownership of value added projects and lead financial operations. They are private, under $20 million in revenue and operate with a small team. This is a very hands on role to fill in and be value added on an interim basis.

Software experience, SaaS experience is desired, understanding of recurring revenue, revenue recognition, contracts.

Strong budgeting forecasting and analysis experience. The ability to build and maintain metrics and kpi's, utilize existing systems, make reccomendations, enhance reporting.

Be responsible for production of financial statements, external reporting to partners, compliance, risk assessment, manage the accounting and finance operations as well as oversee IT and HR opps.

Experience as a hands on CFO, systems experience, Netsuite, or similar. Advanced Excel.

This is an immediate need, expected duration 3 months. Pay $85-100 per hour.
