Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $52.00 to $57.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Support period end close, budgeting, and forecasting activities through detailed financial analysis.
Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to provide visibility into business performance.
Analyze financial results, identify trends, and explain variances against plan or prior periods.
Partner with finance, accounting, and operational teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
Prepare clear financial materials for leadership and contribute to process improvements and special projects.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
At least 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a similar role.
Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex models.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a professional environment.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
Excellent communication skills for presenting information to non finance audiences.
Self motivated approach with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Collaborative work style with the ability to partner across departments.
