Summary: The Director of Portfolio Management is responsible for leading enterprise portfolio strategy, governance, and prioritization across a broad range of business and technology initiatives. This role partners with executive leadership to ensure investments, resources, and strategic programs are aligned with organizational goals and long-term growth objectives. Duties: * Lead enterprise portfolio governance and strategic planning processes across business and technology initiatives * Partner with executive leadership to align investments, priorities, and delivery roadmaps with organizational objectives * Oversee portfolio intake, evaluation, prioritization, and funding recommendations * Manage enterprise portfolio health through performance tracking, risk management, resource planning, and KPI reporting * Facilitate executive governance meetings and provide data-driven recommendations related to portfolio direction and investment decisions * Drive cross-functional alignment across programs, departments, and strategic initiatives * Ensure consistency in governance standards, project oversight, and delivery methodologies across the portfolio * Monitor initiative performance and recommend adjustments based on business value, risk, capacity, and strategic impact * Support enterprise capacity planning, forecasting, and resource allocation efforts * Lead and mentor portfolio management team members while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement * Collaborate with business leaders to manage dependencies, resolve prioritization conflicts, and support organizational transformation initiatives * Oversee portfolio management tools, reporting processes, and governance practices to improve visibility and decision-making REQUIREMENTS: * To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed * Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
