Head of Finance

  • Woburn, Massachusetts
  • Full Time

A fast-growing robotics and physical AI company in the Greater Boston area is hiring a full-time Head of Finance / SVP of Finance to help scale operations during a major growth phase. This hybrid leadership role will oversee financial operations, FP&A, controllership, treasury, compliance, and investor reporting for a venture-backed organization focused on robotics, automation, computer vision, and intelligent hardware systems. The company is transitioning from advanced R&D and pilot deployments into commercial scale and revenue generation, creating a unique opportunity to build finance infrastructure from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a true CFO-successor track position with a clear path to executive leadership within 1224 months. The organization is looking for a hands-on finance leader who can operate strategically with executives and investors while also building scalable processes internally. The right candidate will help shape the future of a high-growth robotics business by driving financial rigor, improving operational visibility, and building the systems needed to support rapid expansion.
