Financial Aid Compliance Manager #12107 Salary $44,629.00 Annually Location Daytona Beach Job Type Staff - Full-Time Job Number 202500441 Department Financial Aid Opening Date 05/19/2026 Closing Date Continuous Description Benefits Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial aid or compliance-related roles. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a state college or public higher education setting. Experience with student information systems (e.g., Banner, PeopleSoft, or similar). Key Responsibilities: Work closely with Financial Aid Services leadership to monitor and interpret federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations (Title IV, FWS, IWS, etc.). Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and policies through regular audits and file reviews . Support updates to financial aid systems (PeopleSoft) to reflect regulatory changes and institutional policies. Collaborate with IT and Financial Aid staff to test and validate system updates . Update and develop and maintain required documentation for compliance procedures and system processes. Assist in preparingfor internaland external audits, including data validation and reporting. Identify areas of risk and recommend corrective actions or process improvements to the Financial Aid Services leadership team . Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related topics. Assist with responding to FSA Complaints , Borrower Defense Claims , servicer requests, etc. Ensure office policies and procedures that promote transparency and accountability. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Ability to leverage known resources to stay current on federal and state financial aid regulations. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
