Zions Bank has just opened an opportunity for a Corporate Banking Portfolio Manager based in Boise, Idaho.

The role of a Corporate Banking Portfolio Manager:
+ Lead credit risk management and service activities in a portfolio of corporate banking credit relationships. Responsibilities will include monitoring and recommending action on past dues, financial performance changes, and documentation and collateral exceptions.
+ Drive the creation of credit presentations by analyzing financial statements & spreads, addressing industry risks, collateral requirements, credit risk analysis and loan structuring.
+ Provide input on pricing, monitoring credit performance and collaborate with the relationship team on credit presentations and recommended approval actions.
+ Expand, build and maintain relationships, internally and externally, resulting in a high degree of client satisfaction and productive efficiency.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ Requires a bachelors degree in Business, Finance or a related field and some experience with corporate banking lending and financial spreading and statements or other directly related experience.
+ An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
+ Basic knowledge of middle market and corporate banking loans, credit and/or related lending processes and procedures.
+ Knowledge of middle market and corporate banking credit analysis, spreading and analyzing financial statements, credit scoring, documentation, etc.
+ Good oral and written communication skills to create relationships with clients and to communicate internally with credit partners.
