What You'll Do
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting operational decision-making and financial planning across the hospital by:
- Developing and managing hospital and departmental budgets
- Creating hospital and department financial forecasts, variance analyses and operational performance models
- Analyzing operational, organizational, and staffing trends to support leadership decisions
- Supporting departmental leadership with productivity reviews and hours/UOS performance management
- Building tracking tools and dashboards to monitor financial and operational performance
- Preparing and presenting tailored financial reports and recommendations to senior leadership
- Supporting strategic business planning projects and healthcare initiatives
- Providing project management oversight for special assignments and system-wide initiatives
- Partnering across medical, operational, and financial departments to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
What You Bring
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in healthcare financial analysis, consulting, or related technical/business environment
Skills & Qualifications

- Knowledge of acute care hospitals and integrated delivery systems
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management abilities
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across departments
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive financial information

- Respectful, service-oriented approach when interacting with patients, staff, and leadership

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
