Tax Manager Experienced Tax Manager opportunity for a seasoned public accounting professional with strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a client-focused approach. This role is responsible for overseeing tax engagements, managing client relationships, mentoring staff, and supporting business growth initiatives. Tax Manager Responsibilities Supervise tax engagements in accordance with firm and professional standards Plan and schedule tax engagements with clients and internal resources Build and maintain direct client relationships Perform detailed reviews of tax returns and workpapers Conduct tax research projects Tax Manager Requirements BSBA in Accounting CPA certification required 10+ years of experience in public accounting Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Tax Manager Compensation $130K - $165K salary dependent on experience 401(k) with a match Health, Dental, Vision, and life insurance PTO Hybrid flexibility #MPG1 Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
