Your Impact
As a Wealth Advisor with Hungerford, you'll serve as a trusted guide to individuals and families, helping them navigate financial complexity and plan for the future with clarity and confidence. This role is ideal for a self-starter who values deep client relationships, takes a holistic view of financial planning, and is motivated to actively participate in business development efforts. You'll work closely with clients to understand their goals, develop personalized strategies, and provide ongoing guidance as life evolveswhile also identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen client relationships over time.
How You Will Add Value
Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients through ongoing financial planning and advisory conversations
Develop and deliver customized wealth strategies, including investment, retirement, estate, tax-aware, and risk planning
Monitor client progress and adjust recommendations as goals, markets, and life circumstances change
Clearly communicate complex financial concepts in a way that is approachable and easy to understand
Proactively identify opportunities to add value and deepen client relationships
Champion business development efforts through external referrals, networking, and community involvement
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
1+ year of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a relationship-driven advisory role
CFP, or other relevant credentials preferred (or willingness to pursue)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
Collaborative, thoughtful, and self-motivated approach to work
Organized and comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
