Director, Corporate FP&A & Strategic Finance Salary: $200,000 - $230,000/annually plus Bonus & Equity Location: Hybrid NYC (Midtown) Position Overview Join an elite, high-growth financial services platform as the Director of Corporate FP&A & Strategic Finance. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role will lead the Corporate FP&A and Strategic Finance function, with responsibility for consolidated forecasting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and enterprise decision support. This individual will play a critical role in driving financial insights related to organic growth, M&A activity, profitability, and capital planning while partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong technical finance expertise with strategic thinking and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Corporate FP&A & Forecasting Own and manage consolidated forecasting models, financial architecture, and supporting schedules Lead quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes Enhance forecasting methodologies, business drivers, scenario capabilities, and model scalability Maintain and improve analytical frameworks supporting operational and strategic EBITDA analysis Strategic Finance Lead scenario modeling and financial analysis supporting enterprise growth, profitability, and capital allocation initiatives Support strategic initiatives including recruiting investments, acquisitions, succession opportunities, and other growth initiatives Develop ROI, payback, and investment evaluation frameworks Support leverage analysis, debt capacity planning, and capital structure evaluation Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, analytical capabilities, and reporting scalability Business Partnership Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior business leadership Translate operational trends and growth opportunities into financial insights and actionable recommendations Partner on advisor economics, recruiting economics, and growth performance analytics Cross-Functional Leadership & Analytical Architecture Collaborate across FP&A functions to improve alignment, connectivity, and operational effectiveness Standardize financial assumptions, methodologies, and reporting frameworks Help build a scalable FP&A operating model with clear ownership and streamlined processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations and reporting Qualifications 10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, transaction support, or related fields Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline required MBA or other advanced degree preferred Demonstrated experience building and managing complex financial models Strong executive communication and business partnership capabilities Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and detailed analysis Experience supporting high-growth, multi-entity, or private equity-backed organizations preferred Comfortable operating in entrepreneurial and fast-paced environments Industry experience in wealth management, asset management, financial services, or related sectors strongly preferred Experience supporting M&A, recruiting economics, capital planning, or leverage analysis preferred
